Win at PXS – Raffle Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all raffles promoted by Project X Sos Ltd (PXS) via Raffall.com. By entering, you agree to these rules and the separate Voucher Terms & Conditions outlined below.

1. Promoter

The raffle is promoted by Project X Sos Ltd (PXS), registered in England & Wales.

2. Platform

Entries are managed through Raffall.com. Entrants must comply with Raffall’s own Terms & Conditions in addition to these terms & Conditions.

3. Eligibility

Entrants must be 18 years or older and residents of the UK, living within our works area as stated within these t&c's.

If you do not live withing our works area, then a cash alternative will be offered. See our raffle page for cash prize value.

Employees of PXS, their family members, or anyone professionally connected with the raffle are not eligible.

4. Prize

The prize is a PXS Home Improvement Voucher to a maximum value of the raffle to which your ticket or tickets pertain. Pxs will be promoting varied raffle prize values at their discretion.

5. Winner Selection

A winner will be drawn at random by the Raffall.com system once the raffle closes.

The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. if minimum ticket sales are not reached by the raffle closing date, PXS the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the raffle.

Standard procedure in the event of minimum tickets sales not being reach is that 50% of tickets sales revenue goes to the winner as a cash alternative. All Refunds are handled by Raffall.Com, t&c's apply.

6. Redemption

The winner must claim the voucher and acknowledge receipt within 30 days of being notified.

The voucher will be issued directly by PXS who will notify the winner via email and deliver the voucher by hand. The Voucher must be fully Redeemed within 12 months of issue and can be used for combined materials and labour work, labour only services are not allowed. We recommend fully redeeming your voucher on one project as scheduling two separate dates can be very difficult within the 12 month deadline as we are always very busy.

We are able to advise you on your properties potential and how best to spend your home improvement voucher. You can also top up your winning voucher with savings for a larger project so there is flexibility there.

We are currently carrying out works for our raffle winners from West Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire postcodes only. If you purchase a ticket and live, or the property to which the winner wishes us to work on is outside these area postcodes you will be offered a cash Prize alternative.

7. Publicity and Privacy 

By entering, winning participants agree that PXS may need to provide video proof of winning voucher delivery and announce their name, town including uploading before and after photos of their completed works for the purposes of credibility and transparency.

No personal contact details or personal photos will be shared without consent.

All entrant data handled by PXS will be processed in line with UK GDPR.

8. General

No cash alternative will be offered other than what's specified here in the t&c's and on our raffle page at, Raffall.com.

PXS reserves the right to substitute the prize with cash alternative if necessary. 

9. Liability

PXS is not liable for any of the following, technical failures of Raffall or third party systems. Refunds if ticket sales don't reach their target, (handled by Raffall). Any indirect losses, (e.g. costs of entering the raffle, lost opportunities). Unsuccessful entries or payment errors. Delays in Project start dates due to full work schedule, weather, supply chain issues or regulatory issues.

The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the raffle without notice in the event of circumstances beyond their control.

To the fullest extent of the Law, PXS's liability is limited to the face value of the prize offered.

PXS Home Improvement Voucher – Terms & Conditions

1. Voucher Use.

• Vouchers can be redeemed against qualifying home improvement works carried out by Project X Sos Ltd (PXS). Vouchers can also be used for all projects such as new bathrooms, kitchens, small or large extensions, garden landscaping/makeovers, completed home renovations and commercial fit outs.

• One voucher can be used for multiple projects, as long as the combined works is completed within 12 months of voucher receipt and the total value does not exceed the winning voucher value. Unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing by PXS.

2. Minimum Spend

• There is no minimum spend, that is at the winners discretion but we advise that the voucher is redeemed before it expires.

3. Validity Period

• Vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issue. Expired vouchers will not be accepted. Vouchers must be used on one project only, for example your works should all be lined up to be completed during one estimated project time frame. Winners can liaise with PXS so they can advise on what works can be done for their winning voucher value.

4. Non-Transferable

• Vouchers are issued to the named recipient, who can then feel free to gift to family or friends.

recipient must always remain first point of contact unless other wise agreed with PXS via email. Vouchers are non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Redemption Process

• To redeem, the winner must present their voucher to PXS who will then schedule in a online or face-to-face consultation. PXS will also liaise with winners regarding schedule/commencement timeframes.

6. Exclusions

• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, or discounts.

• Not valid for emergency call-outs, small isolated repairs or supply-only services. Total voucher value must be redeemed within 12 months. All vouchers have a 12 month expiration date.

7. Cancellation

• If a project is cancelled by the client, the voucher becomes void and cannot be reissued.

8. Company Rights

• Project X Sos Ltd (PXS) reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this voucher scheme at any time without prior notice. Whilst we aim to do all the winning voucher works ourselves. There may be times when we have to use our independent vetted and monitored contractors.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with their work we will personally step in and mediate. If you are still not satisfied then the PXS team would come in and complete the works.

9. Prize Fulfilment

PXS's obligations are limited to issuing the voucher and honouring it in accordance with the t&c's.

Works redeemed against vouchers are subject to standard PXS building contracts.

Planning permissions and or building regs approval if applicable and scheduling availability.

10. Data Protection 

States that any entrant data handled by PXS will be processed in line with UK GDPR.

Raffall.Com handles payment and entry data separately under their own privacy policy.

11. Jurisdiction 

Governed by English Law.

Disputes handled by UK courts.
